Bros, there are many touts are kabukicho targeting foreigners. I once encountered a Singaporean who was working as a tout with a card showing icons of Japanese girls. He was very persuasive and going on and on to get me to use his services. Obviously I knew it was a scam. I also saw a African Black guy kept pestering my colleagues who are Ang-mo. Line is your favourite tool to overcome language barrier, and try the speciality shops. There are lots more foreigner friendly shop compared to a few years ago (supporting national tourism drive). But most shops have very limited language skills so it is difficult to book over the phone.

Some shops say they do not allow foreigners. But amazingly, as a Singaporean, if you swing up to the shop with a smattering of Japanese, they may allow you in.

Process of deli-heru usually as follows: Call shop, ask to book with time and place. For place, two options, use your hotel or go to love hotel. They need a number to ring back, if you don’t want them to ring your mobile, give them the hotel number. For love hotel, go to love hotel, pay for 2-3hour room. Call the shop from inside the room then they send the girl.

If you have no idea how to use a love hotel, do the booking at the shop. You also get to see uncensored pictures. The shopkeepers will then escort you to the love hotel and help you with the process.

For resources, for forum, it’s TAG. For shop listing and reviews, use Tokyo Night Style. But - the most interesting, for video demo on services use purelovers. They even list if the shops are foreigner friendly.

If you are staying near Shinjuku, there is a good high-end soapland right smack in the middle of kabukicho by the name of don juan. You can google the name don juan dot com (without the spaces). However, be aware that cost is not cheap: it was Y90k for 2 hours when I tried it 2 years ago. I am not sure whether prices have changed, because they hay a gaijin tax. Also, if you are a newbie going to that area, be extra careful: there are a lot a touts running scams to try and cheat you. Don't engage ANY touts when you are in kabukicho.

If you have more time, venture farther to Yoshiwara. That's like the Geylang of Tokyo, with rows of soaplands along the 4-5 lanes (I can't remember how many lanes exactly as I didn't manage to walk through all of them). They have a variety with different price ranges, from about Y30k for a quickie (1 hr 1 shot) to high-end Y90-100k). I realized the myth that clubs don't permit gaijin to enter is not true.

If you speak Japanese, they are happy to have you.

For Yoshiwara Soaplands, go to Darling Harbour. It's a 10 mins walk from minowa station on the Hibiya Line. When I went there last Aug, the first question I asked at the door was:"Gaijin ok?" The OKT welcomed me in after that. :)
