If u come via Soi Nana aka Sukhumvit Soi 4 its about 400m(?) from the main road. Keep to the opposite of Nana Entertainment Plaza. From main road would be petrol station, Nana Hotel, bunch of bars... Then a bit further in from the soi would be a cream color building. Quite big, can't miss... have like sports bars around it. Sorry dunno whats the hotel name. Good luck.

Seems Planet Plaza geared towards explorers (tourists) and not towards colonists Japs and Thais.

Sounds like Jean Luc should've turned the other direction from the MRT exit and gone for another round at La Belle. Or taken a bus down Petchburi in the direction towards Pattanakarn - at the end you have Biwa and Meree. Lagi non-farang. :D

For bros on tight budget.

Airport Link is having a promo... BHT20 only (less than SGD1) if u take the train from now until 31 Dec 2012 but its between 11am and 2pm daily. I think cheapest, I dare say on the world, from airport to city center. :D
