Oh is it? Isn't there supposed to be age limit for tertiary education? In my country you must not be over a certain age to obtain your 1st degree. You are allowed to enrol and attend classes at the Uni but you will not graduate if you are overage. But folks do it because they like to be in school. They do not mind not having that piece of paper.

I'm an Australian. I am based in LOS because I am married to a Thai lady. Our daughter was born here and our house is in the process of being built. We should be able to move in by the end of this year. My main office is back in NSW and we have branches in Manila, BKK & Patts mainly because our countrymen can't seem to behave themselves and often end up on the wrong side of the law. Our clientele is mainly 80% Aussies, with a mix of other nationalities completing the balance.
