Re: Bangkok Field Report
hi bros there,
need some advice. I'm stuck here in bkk. dunno when the airport will re-open, and also if re-open, dunno how long before i could get the ticket out to sillypore. so, i am thinking to drive out to either phuket or chiangmai and catch a plane out to sillypore. even that, i think the available flight is sometime next week only. any bros have taken such route before, i.e. the drive to either chiangmai or phuket? any advice here is appreciated. Tks... |

going up all the way to chiangmai or phuket might as well head down to Hatyai then down to Singapore via airplane thru penang cus Chiangmai also got riot there... |

Bro, thanks for advice. thought of that as well, trying to find out which airline flies between hatyai and s'pore now. Also, is hatyai safe? It's close to the border and in recent years, violence has occurred over there as well. So, i thought phuket is a better idea and also is down from bkk. yeah, maybe chiangmai is not good idea with the pm there, violence may just break out... hmmm..... should i wait out till the scene in bkk clears...... |
