Just done it today, very easy and within 30mins kautim.
Even showed them my Malaysia passport for them to confirm English name

Documents:
1) Old ID Card
2) House registration card
3) Guarantor (best if same house registration)
4) 100baht fine

2 years full time + maybe another 10 years of reservice after that.
Here NS is compulsory for all males, even ladyboy who havent changed gender in ID.
In thailand, only 5% (20 balls, only 1 ball is different colour i think?) gets balloted to serve NS.

No lockdown, they need the money. Keeping restaurants open till 9pm and no selling of alcohol. All schools and entertainment venues closed. Lots of famous stars have caught covid.

this is probably the worst outbreak in thailand so far. Worse than the 1st wave.
if first wave also lockdown, i wonder why this time dont lockdown also. Ya probably all need the $$$
many people scare to review their timeline as they might have been to some places for illegal activities, dont want to reveal who they met up with.......

It seems the outbreak has only just started in Thailand! From Apr 2020 till now they were just sweeping things under the carpet n pretending that everything was under control ! It was too good to be true, see what is happening now? I can foresee that the cases will keep going up everyday from now!
