What would you view as the market rate?

I'm new to this, but from what I see for entrance wise it's

$68 is preferred (at least for this region, I see $50~ in other threads)

$88 is the norm

But what about addons/tips?

Don't want give wrong impression to ML for bros if they like my FRs

Visited M*** from W*** Spa

Went for clean massage because my usual masseuse not available. $68 entry + $50 HJ top-up. Other "meridian" packages available at ~$88. I declined HJ top-up because not what I was there for. Instead, gave $10 tip upon her request.

PRC, says she's new to spa, reasonably good massage technique, firm pressure but little bit less precise as the Natureland / Kenko etc. hardworking, pleasant-looking, late 30s it seems. Gave solid back massage with no teasing aside from very light brush of ass (with towel on top). GQ came close to the end after flipping over.

Room nice and clean - toilet facilities also good to use. I asked to use at end.

Always thought joint was clean, but searched forum when I got back. Thought I'd pay it forward to bros here looking for spots in the area.

Confirm. Short and Fat. Tried her long ago during L spa days. Massage CMI, Look and Body CMI....Service is Value for price. Worth the visit for her service.

Entrance is minimum $68 for 60 minutes and $98 for 90 minutes
2nd Floor shop, very small.
Have 4 rooms, and it's not private. 3 is with shower, 1 is without. Got a separate shower room though.

Not private aka - a separate room but without an actual closed door. Use a screen to cover the entrance.

Not sure of it's a CAT1 Spa, but registration is still needed. From what I see there's quite a crowd, I count at least 10 people visited.

No appointment was made, so I got assigned Happy who was next on q.

Waiting for my turn, one of the visiting guest did mention that the covered screen was a new addition so it's probably a decently clean shop before?

Face 8/10 - Makeup is magic. Pretty accurate, wouldn't say she's young - she admitted to me she's married and divorced (but usual sob story applies)
Body: Uniform - I didn't unlock much more then that, she she wore tight pants, has a figure but not fantastic. My yoga pants fantasy is still waiting to be fulfilled.
Massage 9/10 - Good, I reviewed Baby at F**h S** previously, and I think both of them are good. She could see where I reacted to and worked on it.
Attitude 8/10 - She started being a little awkward, but I eased her into conversation and got her to open up. In the end quite GFE.
Damage: She offered a prostrate massage after we chatted for a while, but didn't quote a price. I tipped her $80.00, bros do let me know if I broke market. Heh. But we had chemistry. Since location is pretty good, I might return soon and will keep you guys updated.
Or not, if I find a keeper.

From what I can get from Happy, she isn't that popular, and the Viet ladies are more popular. They won't refuse races too so other bros can go.
The room is really really not private tho, so I wouldn't expect anything too serious.

If you see their WA it's even more ridiculous $38 - but I think that's their opening promo

So I visited Happy at F****e ** **M again.

So according to her, if you visit before 1530 hrs on weekdays, you're supposed to get a discounted price of $50.00 for entry for basic.

Anything after is $60.00

Ear cleaning services is $25.00 just FYI - which I went for.

Had an enjoyable session with Happy, strong GFE and we cuddled a little.
I declined HJ assistance today, but we chatted and she informed me that she's leaving employment and will RTC after CNY, and will be back only after 2-3 months back home.

If she returns, she'll be working at the East side with her friend, but TBC.

During our cuddling session, managed to pry more from her and she's really exclusive a masseur rather than providing any other kind of services. Besides HJ of course, and apparently someone unlocked extra. Heh No HDLY for me.
