Thinking of going to Thailand if SG lowers them to SHN 7 days. Got quite a few days of leave so might just go in December regardless.
Any recommendation for a place where I can stay for a month with some house keeping but don't need daily cleaning? AirBnB?

risk is they might just decide to raid it 1 day and if u're in it its good luck
thai prison is no joke. Trial date may take a long time too if cant release for bail.

Surprisingly do Thai driving license quite fast.

I used international driving permit, walk-in 7am n sat at foreigner waiting area. Queue number given upon document checks starts 8.30am. Left with license at 11am ish.

40 queues a day at chatuchak DLT. (foreigners, Thai need to book queue online)

Alcohol ban plus “Entertainment places will remain closed, including pubs, bars and karaoke shops, because of the high risk of disease transmission” .... then go there also sianz.

Will monitor and await news to see if such are opening up in Dec.

Bangkok will be quarantine free, at least for visitors from Singapore wef. 01 Nov 2021.

Just not sure if the businesses will resume some form of normalcy, albeit still have a 11pm - 3am curfew.

Will likely book to arrive end Dec 21 or early Jan 22.

Even if the return trip to SG requires a SHN, so be it. Can always WFH. 5555

I think agogo bar, shower house still not able to open and risking SHN when back. Unless alot of leave to spare and money to spend for SHN else no point.

My understanding is Singapore does not have a travel green lane with Thailand, therefore, might need to do quarantine? Hopefully, you are right. SHN still ok for me. At least can WFH :)
