Surprisingly do Thai driving license quite fast.
I used international driving permit, walk-in 7am n sat at foreigner waiting area. Queue number given upon document checks starts 8.30am. Left with license at 11am ish. 40 queues a day at chatuchak DLT. (foreigners, Thai need to book queue online) |

Alcohol ban plus “Entertainment places will remain closed, including pubs, bars and karaoke shops, because of the high risk of disease transmission” .... then go there also sianz.
Will monitor and await news to see if such are opening up in Dec. |
