If you use Nataree as a benchmark then I guess the price hike may be a lot.

Majority of the MPs in Ratchada, Petchaburi and Rama 9 still have very fair pricing maintained over the decade.

Look at the pricing of Emmanuelle, Poseidon and many others.
Maximum THB100-200 inflation over a decade! :eek:

Typo error isit? Should be more like THB1000-2000 over the past decade. :D

Anyways these price hikes are also making it very difficult for our Cat50 OKTs to source for good stocks to bring to GL..... the WLs can earn more by remaining in LOS where the price hikes are happening everywhere.... BKK, Patts, HDY and even CM. I forsee we may have to increase to Cat60 or Cat70 for tomyums in GL in the not so far future.
