Need some advice from you....sorry to trouble you!

I find the taxi fee in hanoi is quite high comparing to their standard of living there. Maybe everyone has a bike so taxi is relatively high there.

Is there a car rental company that can rent a 1 month car rental of a Toyota VIOS with driver? Any recommendation?

There are some many useful informations buried here so searching through it can take quite a bit of time.

I'm making my way to Hanoi this weekend (Fri to Sun). This will be my second time in Vietnam/Hanoi. First time was with GF so no go in term of hobby.

This time meeting up with my local Viet girl. However, I do plan to do some day time exploration at local saunas.

Based on info here, the ranking (base on SYT/price/service ratio) seems to be: 1. Oasis 2. Kingston 3. Fortuna Spa

KTV is likely out of question for me because it doesn't make financial sense to go as a single and no company expense.

The other part I would love to explore is those nightclub/pickup joint. I think I can find one night alone. For other nights, it's still ok to bring my local girl along.

Other info gathered are either arrange ride from/to airport via hotel ($20-25) if can afford, or get one of the 'reputable' taxi service at airport (~$15) although this can be crapshoot.

If pick up local SIM, if pick up from airpot make sure to ask for lower price option as they likely won't show in menu.

Otherwise, find local telephone shop in town for cheaper rate.

I'm staying in Old Quarter area. Called ahead to my hotel and got confirmation that there'll be no problem having my local 'GF' as my guest (just need to have her register her ID also).

Would love to meet up with any bros in Hanoi around this time period (July 5-7).

Please feel free to shout out any advice you may have.

All the prices u mention is in USD.

The sauna u mention are pretty expensive, do be careful. Local massage cost only VND300k-400k inculsive of everything.

Local KTV cost less than VND2mil.

As for taxi from airport to my hotel in Old Quarter, I arranged private car through the government tourism counter just left off Arrival gate A. Initially quoted me $25 USD but got it down to $20. Good enough for me. While I can try to bargain with taxi outside to save maybe $5, it can be a gamble and I'm not into the whole penny save pound foolish.

Got my SIM for 400,000 VND that gives me unlimited data plus 160 min voice and boatload of SMS.

Today good mood so share an interesting massage place here.
This massage place is pretty close to West lake.
It is very different from the rest of the massage joints in Hanoi because it has a theme. It has 5 stations for you to go through and you have to follow the sequence.

First station is the steam room. After entering the room, the gals will follow you in shortly and because the room is steamy you cannot see the gals properly, you proceed to check the body and the breast by touching and feeling by hand.

I just returned from a very short trip to Hanoi. It was my first time in Hanoi, and I was very glad to find much info from senior bros here.

Thanks to the many tips by bros here, I decided to go to Boss KTV. Damage on tips is generally as per what Bro Pimpinternational set out. I had a few beers and some ladies drinks, and bill/bar fine was VND 2.2mil. As I was alone and felt lonely, I elected to have 2 girls LT (US$150 each). They were quite hardworking and I managed to cum 5 times. Only irritating thing was they insisted that I put on a new cd each time I switch girl. Needless to say, I didn't sleep much.

Ha Trung street is about 500 meters west from northern point of Ho Hoang Kiem. It starts from Phung Hung street.

It is spelt as Hoan Kiem Lake, or Ho Hoan Kiem ("Ho" means lake in viet).

Go to the recept, ask her/him to call for u. If they refuse then u are desperate, go n buy a sim card. If no sim card, take a taxi to the location. If no taxi, then stay in hotel n rest.
