The rate they getting in Bangkok is slightly more than what they are getting in other places. Can check my FR in Laos as I was there recently. :)

Is it only NEP or oso affects bars in SC & SK?

It will probably affect the other areas as well since cowboy closed at 0100am today. No news yet on 5th march for opening at 6pm for Soi cowboy but might be enforced to close by 1200am. Not sure about SK though. Must ask the veterans cheongsters;)
