Thanks Naemlo for the correction. I was referring to mobile 4G instead of wifi. As mentioned, you can just get the tourist sim for unlimited usage and its very cheap.

Basement of swissotel? Not aware of it. But swissotel has nice jap restaurant "takumi" which serves nice jap cusines as well as "Loong Foong Lou" Chinese Dim sum restaurant which serves nice Chinese food/Dim sum. Breakfast at swissotel also good. ;)

Newly development then and should have more new buildings and amenities in surrounding vicinity by now.

This area of Rama 9 really change a lot from 10 years ago.
From old dirty Sois into upmarket commercial and residential development.

How much is the rental for the smallest unit?
The minimum lease period?

So far, Belle Grand Condo has 8 buildings! The oldest buildings are D1 and D2. The newest buildings are B1 and B2. Don't ever purchase or lease building D1 or D2 , unless you like listening to extremely loud music till 2-3 in the morning from Thai disco located close proximity to the condo!

To determine the best price of the condo:

1. Type in www.prakard.com
2. Top right corner next to search icon, type belle grand rama 9 then click search icon
3. Glance over all the available units for sale or lease and make your selection
4. To lease a condo, minimum contract is one year, 2 years cheaper lease rate
5. Always reduce 2 to 3 thousand bhat from asking price and walk away if they don't accept your offer.
6. Just remember, many greedy rental agents in the market.
7. Also. hundreds of rental units available so negotiate and negotiate
8. Lease a condo facing the sun in the morning only (if facing the sun in the afternoon, you'll die)

Based on my research, you can rent one bedroom condo for approcimately 22,000 to 23,000 bhat a month for one year contract!
