Yesterday afternoon ran at 5pm, AMK park connector Seagate ran all the way to AMK national library and back . Ran 8km 47miles at 59 mins 32 Sec. .. Good now training for 10km , hope to hit 8km-9km on this Mayday holiday..Hope to train in time for Singapore Bay Army Half maralton 10km run ...

TS: I think a running coach wld be better. Tons of training progs avail over the internet. Just do 6 x 400m intervals(90-100s) on a 1:1 work to rest ratio, 3 times a week and increase it gradually to 10 sets. You should be hitting your sub 10 in no time.

Hi bro , i personally feel don't need coach .. My handphone Run Kepper in iphone is my coach + GPS.. one thing good about it is it will tll u the distance you cover, and timing..
