i have only been to Mojos (got friend who like the live band - not bad . not fantastic but not bad)

have gone back to see but i think the coyote standards dropping - and i have never seen the place "full" so i dont know how they are making money (is rental very cheap?)

are the bars you are talking about the ones with very expensive barfine (like 1500baht)? i think my friend told me about it before , he said better to just go nana or cowboy ...

IMHO, Saphan Kwai has fewer gals but there are still some gems- sometimes uni gals or part timers. Maybe that is why the big beer is so cheap so can drink and stay longer and look hard and long for gems. :) Been to RCA1 and RCA2 before and never found any good pickings. The better ones are the big one called 99, I think and Music.
Sometimes the quality can beat the smaller less popular bars in Soi Cowboy, Nana though cannot fight with Rainbow 4 or Baccara. :D

Looks like the BF has skyrocketed. About 4 years ago when picked up a hottie from Renoir, the BF was only 1000b. Less gals here compared to Nana or SC but there are few gems here and most of the bars are seldom packed. Here it is all just packaging/ marketing. Girls all dressed elegantly and speak well. The high BF and higher LD are turnoff considering the fewer choices so yes, SC and Nana are better bets :D

I did make the same comment awhile back. No doubt its cheap, big bottle beer BHT120 compared to Nana or SC, but hard to find gems and language barrier.

Bros in Bangkok with a few days only are better off going to NN, SC or even Patpong.

1 year not that long lah... u juz too many puyings to choose from. RCA? Which one? The go-go at Saphan Kwai or the clubbing area at Rama 9? Tot u dun like squeezing with so many people in the clubs? :D

Was in BKK the last few days for business and went to explore Soi Cowboy after work. Below is my FR on the scene there..

1st night
Went into Tilac first.. Not a bad place with blue lighting as it's quite bright and you can see the girls clearly.. The poles were all around, not just in the centre so U can sit back and look up at the girls just dancing in front of you. The range of girls range from good to quite bad.. Sat down and a few girls came over and surprisingly, one of the gals had stayed in Singapore and she can talked Chinese/Singlish really well but was old but still buy her a LD cos she can talk and recommend on what I wanted. LD is 100b for normal drinks and 130b for tequila shots. She brought over a not bad looking girl but she cant speak English/ Chinese so we like duck and chicken talk and the old girl acted like a translator. Hanged on abt an hr and left.

Went into Sharks next.. Very packed and was given a side view seat at the door. Cant really see the girls, so left after a drink

Next was Bacarra, the place was super super packed with Japs.. Couldnt find a seat at the lower floor. Went up to the 2nd floor. 2nd floor was the sch girl theme where the girls dance naked with only a short black skirt with nothing underneath. Think came a bit too late at ard 12am and the better looking girls were already bar fined and changed into normal clothes. Just picked a cute one and started talking, still not really my type. LD was 160b, quite ex. Went down to 1st floor after 30mins. It was already quite empty so we can take our time to look at the girls. Saw a young foxy girl, asked her to come over and bought her a few LD. Wanted to bring her back but I wasn't sure if the hotel will charge a extra guest charge, so end up told her I will come back and bring her back tom..

Different agenda, or it's "up to you" (as they say in LOS). Some like clubbing (RCA) and others just go for instant gratification in SC/Nana (minus the hunt).
