It’s a well choreographed clubbing industrial complex whose MO is being copied all over the world’s partying scene unfortunately, as long as people keep foolishly buying into it.

Speaking of table service, that is another one that I don’t understand. To me it’s more enjoyable to mingle and mill around to check out girls. I don’t see the allure of dancing around a table in a restricted segregated area except to flaunt your ability to afford one and the clubs gladly feed into such ego by parading a bottle service with flashing LED lights and sparklers. It’s all just too vain for me.

Besides, all the so called top DJ’s spin the same type of music. I challenge anyone to listen to their mix and tell me who the DJ is. AI can probably mix the music just as well. The credit should go to the artists who created the music in the first place, not the DJ.

Ok, that’s my 2 minute rant. For more authentic Thai clubbing experience, go to Khaosan (yes, Thais do party there as well because it’s cheap) or Thonglor Arena 10 or DND. Save RCA just for Songkran.

Also, beware of LB at RCA lol. Street food outside RCA is scaled back now compared to years past. But after a night of boozing is still as good and authentic as ever.

I am back from the trip, here is the summary:
