Keep hearing horror stories from other budget airline users maybe I'm lucky but never had a cancelled or delayed flight on the SIN-BKK-SIN route ever since I started taking budget for what close to 5-6 years already? And I fly this route at least once a month. Only time delayed was one time for 2 hours on the KL-SIN route.

Budget really have to book early to enjoy the savings if not their prices comparable to Swiss, SAS and Finnair. If remember correctly fares like $180-$200 then. Heck I once even took Nepali airlines! Regular Airbus plane but older. When it took off the cabin fixtures were rattling a bit too much for my liking!

I think now Tiger having a sale in June... chiong ah!!!

I had flew frequently with the budget carriers and the only problem i had was with tiger airways which delayed my flight to hanoi for 3 hours. So i reached hanoi 5 yrs ago for the first time past midnight, the airport and dark streets looks gloomy but all this was forgotten the next day.

I have heard the occasional complaints about delayed flight with airasia and jetstar but tiger airways really takes the brunt of the criticism. Some of my friends had their flights moved or cancelled. So i havn't flew with tiger for awhile.

Thai airways has been slowly increasing their ticket. I flew to bkk for 305$ in Jan now it's 397$ and that's the cheapest fare. Normally i go for the flexi fare that's 30$ more.

i used to fly tiger because they gave me the lowest rates...

but i always get emails from them saying that my timing has been adjusted, that is tolerable to me.

but during one trip, they pushed my timing back and that's ok for me. suay suay aircraft spoil, then the next one also spoil, in the end boarded another aircraft and reached BKK late

lagi suay suay that i got in a cab and experienced the slowest cab driver in BKK ever in my life... he was on the expressway at 90km/hr!!!!

by the time i reach RCA, almost midnight liao...:(

Not frequent regular to Nana or Soi Cowboy unlike you guys but want to clarify
You say 6) Cannot say no to BF. That applies to all bars and all gals? Actually this Saphan Kwai gal also tell me that is one of reason she prefer working in Saphan Kwai cos at Nana/Soi Cowboy cannot say no to BF or cannot choose customer. But my impression when I was at Nana/ Soi Cowboy is that the gals have choice to say no to BF :D
