Bro YY, last Friday I was at RB4 and Spanky's 'til about 10:15 before going over to Baccara. The gers were packed on the stage like sardines, and the cheongsters were also packed like sardines on the floors (1st and 2nd.) I couldn't find a decent place to sit, so I left earlier than I wanted to :mad:

Anyway, the SBF boycott of Arab-owned bars must be working, as I did not see much action outside those bars. Hopefully, they can get some new owners to run decent go-go clubs, instead of trying to rip people off :rolleyes:

I have heard Spanky's pretty good but the last time I was there , it was too early and pretty quiet. Same of the Airport? same owner bar next door. Will give it another try next time.

Many angmos I spoke too also dont like the arab owned bars. I remember when Midnite bar was the best on Cowboy , with its notti corner!

Spanky's ( in Nana Entertainment Plaza )

My good friend mamasan Jaap ( now retired ) worked in all the above bars except for the last 3 bars. She said that the angmo sold off the bars to an Arab who did some renovations in DejaVu, Black & White, Cowboy 2, The Place, improved the furniture and fittings in Midnite Bar and up the beer and barfine prices in all these bars.

Since the sell off, syts hostress now wait for customers at the front, coyotes rotate in all the bars.

Cher, another of my mamasan friend ( formerly from KISS ) is now stationed in Spanky's.

Now you learnt a bit of history of these bars. There are more........

Midnite was a good bar. Used to be one of my favourite bar where the mamasan spent me free Heinekens, and i used play pool upstairs with my favourite waitress and it was FOC after mamasan verbally pissed off another waitress that wanna collect money for the games. I even went to the off limit 3rd floor to eat food with the puyings.

There are MANY SC greatgrandmaster around.......please do the following below and you will be a greatgrandmaster of agogo bars.

Have you ordered mamasan to instruct the ladies to go completely naked before 8.30pm ?

Have you got a mamasan .......pissed drunk.......on 9 clean tequilas.......and she dance near naked for you and all the girls, customers and bouncers to see in the bar ?. But she was happy and SANUK !!!.

Have you eaten food with the mamasans in and outside the bars in SC and NEP ?.

Have you eaten food in the OFF LIMITS third floor puyings room/office ?.

Have you go around the stage to collect the bras, then, the panties of the girls ?.

Have you ordered mamasan to do a 10 girls line up in front of you.....10 naked puyings ?.

Do you get free beers and food from the bars ???.

It would be fun but be aware that if you go in..........and that the waitress treat you with up most respect, mamasans kiss,hug, slap your arse and lead you to an VIP seating ( throwing away the RESERVE signage )..........all the puyings that watch you liked you are a carrot head would back off immediately............including the money sucking coyotes that will never dare approach you to ask for LDs.

And if you pick the girl that mamasan selects for you..........you can bet that the puying will treat you........very good indeed........because if you complain to the mamasan............she will get her arse kicked !!!.

Me, getting old.....no more agogo veteran......let some young hunk take over as great grandmaster agogo of SC, NEP and etc.

The takeover of these Cowboy bars by the 'Arab' (actually I think he is Iranian??) is a disaster. I have been going to Long Gun for over 10 years and when I went last week I wondered where are all the old staff, how come there are surly Thai males as 'greeters', how come a beer suddenly B150 & the dancers are crap. Now I know why it has become an 'Arab' bar.

This guy is a wrecker - Midnite used to be great fun and was destroyed no he wreck others incl Long Gun. He aint getting my business for sure and I will warn my friends.
