Is the place very run down? Cuz my first time getting such a low budget place cuz because of my friend, otherwise i'll be residing in Palazzo or elsewhere better around Ratchada area...

Hmmmm I have stayed worse than this hotel, I dunno how is your standard. I stayed in Watana n Palazzo b4, I will pick Palazzo anytime.
