OMG, so now like dance clubs have to pay entry fee/drink before can enter. And also 2 drinks before can BF gal plus high ST/LT. Baccara must be the most xpensive agg now. They will face backlash soon if they continue this way. In agg if look at history it is faddish and popular agg lose their popularity to new gamechangers after some time and they fall by wayside :)

That is standard rule and same with other agg. If you sit down you have to buy drink which is understandable since if all customers sit without buying a drink then they close shop. But if they say you have to buy drink first before they let you in that is different new rule.
cos in other agg, customers are allowed to go in and have a look around inside and if don't like can walk out :)

Couple of times after too much drinks, pick up gal which from 'beer goggles' looked less stunning. But next morning, wow, she looked more stunning without beer goggles. That is ws pleasent surprise and of cos the exception rather than the rule. :)

Looked what happened to Deja Vu, Midnight Bar and the other bars that the Iranian owns in Soi Cowboy.

Used to be my favourite bars but now the bars are next to nothing !!!.

so true man! I was frequently travelling to BKK and after awhile I got bored of it, didnt even bother much with the girls. More just enjoy the view, have a beer then head back to sleep. However, I still think this is one of the best places to go for a good time. When iv not been to BKK for awhile, this is the place I still head back to first though! Usually we dun head back straight after barfining her. Normally a meal and perhaps clubbing. Some of the girls love to go Funky Villa etc cuz perhaps the crowd there's more atas/rich

I dun understand what is so hiso in Funky... any normal office Thais can go. The price of a bottle and mixtures almost the same as other disco or pubs. 1 night spend about 3k for a bottle and mixtures which can be shared among a few.

The actual Hiso will not go Funky... 1 of my favor drinking pub is in Srinagarin, u can see X6, Cayenne, SL, R8 parking around. I was driven to this pub once by a lady in 911. :D

Actually i prefer the huge bars like saangjan at ramintra, cheap, unpretentious and good fun.

There are a lot of places we have yet to explore which are much better than those so called well known pubs and discos.

Yeah for me I dun really care if I have good company and having a ball of my own time. It just felt like that to me though. Anyway iv not been there too much recently so perhaps everyone's frequenting newer joints. Miss RCA though. Pretty nice for clubbing!

You mean Srinakarin?
Yes lots of low profile places over there that only locals will go.
That's where the gems are. :)

Grabbing a G-Club/Pub membership will save money in the long run.

Kaset-Navamin do have lot of places to go and also lot of varieties.

G-Clubs, shower body massage joints, Pubs, good restaurants, Coyote bars, etc.

The big problem here is the vincinty of a good hotel.

There are a few reasonable hotels:
1. SC Park Hotel
2. Town in Town Hotel
Both of these two hotels are near to Mengchai-Pradit Manutham intersection, which are about 5-8km to Kaset-Navamin.

The nearest one is Siam Society Hotel along Soi Yothin Pattana. (Sort of Boutique type Hotel), small establishment but they do have rooms that have garage. There is a pub/restuarant name Per Pub and Restaurant,lot of SYT waitress. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jc7rUvY_-g4)

Yea agree with you. Pii you must be sexpert on places where to go in bkk. So far during my time in BKK, I didn't see any farang or anyone with blonde hair in the pub that I went. :)

Hi Nonteerak2553, i am not sexpert.
i am already much settled down (over the hill) in bangkok since 2008 so usually venture to places for drinks with my thai friends or entertain my sg friends who occassionally visit me...(but i doubt they visit me but more as a chauffeur to them):D
