Yup, that's correct. Ha Tam address is on my first posting in this thread. If u wanna compare rates, its along the same road as pho 2000 (the one bill clinton went) beside cho ben thanh.

I must apologise as I have never been to hmc and not sure what is cho ben thanh. It will be quite a adventure for us.

Cannot assume we know where is Nguyen Hue Ave because some roads in hcm can span a few districts...pls give us the full address and hotel name...cho ben thanh is the famous tourists market in D1...:)

For the moment, the tour agency has arranged for us to be in Kimdo Royal at 133, Nyugen Hue Ave for the time being...

From the web site, it seems to be 0.3 miles to Ben Thanh.

So should be fine.

Actually, it is a free and easy type... Agency is just to help sort out the booking arrangements for golf... After golf, we are on our own to paint the town red!!!
I also saw your list of places to go... that is lots of place to go.
It is unlikely we can go all the place. if we have limited time, which of the places we must go.

Maybe we should carry this conversion in the other thread... :)

Golf???? Not cheap in vietnam leh....and there are only a handful of golf courses in HCMC but all located about an hour to 2 hours away from Kimdo Hotel.

BTW, why Kimdo Hotel ah??? Not girl friendly leh.

Also very few FULL 18 hole golf courses. Most would have 2-3 9 hole courses on the same property.

For you guys, Kimdo Hotel is located On Nguyen Hue in D1, between Sunwah Tower and Saigon Tax Centre.

Is this the shop that were mentioned before. Located at Ben Thanh market left entrance. Rate as of today is S$1.00 - $13,800dt when checked. Hope this help. :D

That's y the banks here allow account of foreign currency. :D But the bank interest rates is high for viet dong.
