Re: Manchester United's Headliners, Articles and Rumours
A "comeback" against the second-from-bottom team who is still without a win this season. While the spirit was great in the second half, it just papers over the cracks in the armour. Underlying problems are still there, the chief of which is Woodward.
In any case, hope they can use it as a springboard for the rest of the season. Top 4 would be an achievement. Hope for some centrebacks come January. JM also needs to manage/coach Rashford and Martial better. The forward line has such great potential. Our title-winning teams were never reliant on one main striker (except maybe during the Van Nistelrooy era) - he needs to get all of them forwards and midfielders firing at the same time. |
Re: Manchester United's Headliners, Articles and Rumours
Just draw again against chelski 2-2, JM's arch enemy :(...sigh...they allowed a goal to go in at the very last minute 90+5...sian...if they go on like this they will prolly end up mid-table at best or worse fighting against relegation...he pulled out the goal scorer after he scored twice, prolly to play defensively to protect their lead giving the opponent the chance to attack more and equalise

I want Mourinho to stay as manager for a long time.
No player is bigger than the club just like in the old days of Sir Alex Fergurson. Beckham and Ronaldo were shown the door but the club was very successful. :) |

Time for new manager, new blood, new approach and new footballing approach..... It has been very painful to watch our beloved ManU play like a 3rd tier club and sadly likened to a chicken without a head. I dread the game against Everton...... home game some more..... cannot get any more embarrassing than to lose another home game !!! |

Re: Manchester United's Headliners, Articles and Rumours
What a painful performance by a totally unrecognisable team.... they wore Red but played like a 2nd tier club. They were taught a footballing lesson by the noisy neighbours and I am surprised SAF who was watching in the stands did not have a heart attack witnessing his beloved MU disintegrate. There was no coordination in our attacks, passing was atrocious, there was no flow, no desire, no understanding between our front line and no clue on how to play attacking flowing football.
JM has fucked about with our young players (Rashford and Lingard) so much so that they are afraid to express themselves freely with any level of positiveness and conviction. I think these two should ply their talents elsewhere... at least by doing so, they would begin to grow into the footballer that they are capable of. For as long as they are in MU, they will deteriorate further and further and probably see their career vanish into thin air. Another person who should leave is De Gea, he has been a solid rock for us but our back line is making him look bad, old and washed out..... he should go before the fans turn on him (which is TOTALLY UNFAIR). Lastly, I fear that despite my admiration of JM before he came to MU, I now feel that he is toxic and should he continue will forever doom our beloved club into being an also run wannabe for the premier league. #goodbyeJM |
