The service level statement is a fair assessment. But I think it never drops below an unacceptable level. So the reliability was there.

She may still come back though, but maybe a bit more unlikely. Depending on how well she does with her plans back in China. She told me something quite cryptic, which led me to believe she may be “well covered” already.
