When there is a unfair or untrue FR of anyone, I can identify with you about your feeling of injustice to that person concerned.
However, you may have overlooked the real intent of the person that provides the FR - he wants to protect all of you from getting shortchanged of the services that you had paid for with your blood and sweat money.
