let me help u out..
1 - cab is the only option.. no need ask why dun take train,bus, or boat
2 - tip 20baht extra or round off , tip in general at restaurants , often just leave an extra 20baht..
3 - u can always stop by 7-11 to buy yr condoms..these girls have seen everything.. u r not dating...
4 - every girl is diff, they dun have the word im not a robber on their face..so just be normal and not paranoid..
5 - be brave and party, nobody knows who you are.. hahaha

Bkk must be 1 of safest and visitor friendly cities in region. Even for a virgin tourist, you shd do (more than) alright.

You got all your answers from well meaning bros here. New commuter train is still on trial, so obvious choice is public taxi. Go down 1 level upon arrival, look out for "public taxi" sign on exit. Say "Ratchada" to taxi counter, and you will be given a chit and guided by cabbie to his awaiting vehicle. There's a 50bht surcharge on top of meter, and ask to go by "tollway" (1-2 tolls for bht40-60). Cost of cab ride is <bht300. Ignore the well dressed men/ladies asking you for taxi (they mean expensive limo anything from bht600 up).

And for room safety, just hide your family fortune in room safe. Hotel rules? You probably mean girl friendly (no joiners), with Palazzo you can do no wrong. Just don't wake up your neighbour with your bed gymnastics:p

Enjoy, they don't call bkk city of angels for nothing. Was thinking of sneaking to bkk for naughty weekend, but was put off by outrageous fares (last minute) kns.

How I wish, so envious. Tempted for stealth trip. Not just threading thin ice with visabut also just spent a bomb with phuket getaway 2 weekends ago. :o

there is the bus option, take the free feeler service from the Arrival level, go to the Airport Bus Terminal, take a bus to Victory Monument, from there, so many buses to where you want to go....

Then there is also the walking option, not advisable.....

If you look careful enough you can still find traces of his leg...hairs all over Bkk clubs, MPs and so forth....so he definitely know Bkk in and out.....his fingers does the walking!

He can get top notch models without even have to lift a toe....image that...hahahahahah!:D

I dun think baiyoke boutique is gal frenly, cos i made queries abt few mths back. Not sure u can pay to bring in though, why not u jus book a guest frenly hotel. U can go check at Book Thai Hotels thread under International Field Report.

Nope, don't think its gf. Most hotels in Pratunam area not gf. Joiner normally 600bht. How i know? Cos I goon-du goon-du book one of the hotels there in the past, and gotta pay the joiner for bringing a gal back. That's why I stay in Sukhumvit now.


Next trip....2 more weeks to go :D Bangkok, Here I CUM!!!!
