Unfortunately the LM metro agogos were ordered to close in the afternoon by the military! However there are still TQ , Club4 and Jade & Kinaree up the hill!

After 3 or 4 agogos they look the same but after 10 or 20 you will see differences as well as know different people ;)

yeah, she is from kiev, i have already begin to apply for visa for visit to ukraine throught visa central website... the airplane ticket cost me a bomb.

I think direct flight costs a bomb. Perhaps dropping in to some Eastern European countries first and make your way to Kiev may be more economical.

I have mix feelings regarding the new AA route from KL - UTP. Yes indeed it means easier excess for Malaysian's like myself which is awesome. In terms of price, its pretty much the same if u fly Thai Airways or MAS to bkk (if u book in advance). What would be the travel time from UTP airport to say central (festival)?

Now the bad part. For 4 plus years i was dreading the day my heavenly Pattaya would creep up in the knowledge of my fellow Malaysians. Yes indeed there are a handful that knows the existence of Pattaya but majority of them dont! Gers will think i'm from Singapore or korea and when i tell them i'm Malaysian, they will have a'what-are-u-doing-here' look.
Bkk is usually their destination of choice to cheong.

I guess in the next few months you will see many of my fellow Malaysians roaming around sois of our beloved Pattaya.

I sort of agree with you. When I started this thread , I was hoping to keep Pattaya as my (and maybe a few thousand's!) secret. But good thing hard to suppress la. And also in keeping it to myself , it would defeat the spirit of the thing that got me there in the first place ; although not this board or so much info anywhere else on the net! I would never lower myself to the standards of those who think they are supermoderator and have ulterior motives for starting a thread like 'Apperciate your thoughts on monger areas'........... Idiot has me boiling for spoiling the original spirit of SBF!

Back to your post .......... Airasia also intro many MY brothers to Clark and yet you see they are doing fine there. I was surprised by my visit a few years ago , the pinoys love Malaysians! Maybe the thais read too much news on the South bombings but if more brothers cheong the more the thais will know they are now cheap charlies!

Blue dragon says 50mins , I say 30mins coz I remember my only time landing there on Jetstar many years ago. I remember checking into my hotel in Soi Diana within 20mins and inside Happy aogog with another 10mins ordering my first beer! Maybe I was lucky with no traffic?

And bro bdragon is correct..50 mins Utapao to Pattaya. Peak hours even more I dare say. Traffic along that route has been getting heavier coupled with the construction along Sukhumvit road.:p
