Bro, no idea abt whether Tiger refund or not. But their services really sucks! Refund is 1 thing. Wat happen if suppose to fly us back, then cancel. Kena stranded at tere ya. :mad::(

Read the fine print. I believe for budget airlines there's no refund policy. Even if they are the one that cancel the flight, they will let you book a replacement flight but there is no refund. Once money is paid to them very hard to get back. Go to CASE oso no use cos the CASE officer will advise you to take the replacement flight! :mad:

instead they make their customers jump thru hoops to take their flights ... :mad: Ya, if they cancel their shity flights and we rushing for time, then lan lan have to ta 14hr bus back if u rushing for time.. and no guarantee u will get a seat on the next flight out unless got spare space.. :mad: if not they are the only direct flight to HDY from SG, I will never take Tiger at all.. Phui! :mad:

lolx... btw we r not cheapo lor... its we kena force to take tiger coz no other airline fly to hatyai... :cool:

btw if cant tahan 14 hr coach ... can always take coach to kl... r n r at the hc than cont to hatyai at night... :D

hatyai having rain everydays. the shop there still have not recover. they are palning to open it before loy krathong. alot of hotel from full booking to empty. tour guide is waiting for goods news from thai gov for loy karthong alot of ppl also on hold.
