If u want is go clean spa parlours and sauna I not sure where but fitness first will have it.

Bkk is different from china.

Bro, if u r referring to spa & sauna like Spore, Malaysia & China the answer is no. Bigger places u get a room w big bathtub for girl to sit inside together and bath you hence the name "ap naam" or bathing joints aka "zhang jui keng" in Hokkien. Even smaller places like most kapoo joint or those along Sukhumvit u get a shower stall. Once had a last minute go at First Hotel's in-house massage shop. No shower stall even! But guess that was also my spur of the moment & that place wasn't exactly on the "dirty massage" map.
