Hi Bros,

Some frens and i going to macau and zhuhai next week for a couple of days.... can anyone help with where to stay at these 2 places? Prefer can stay where that is near to those chiong places. :p

Both places u can stay in hotels or in saunas if you want, can stay overnight. You can get lots of information if you read back even if only 50 pages. Before my trip I read all the way from the very first post.

Tip: the first half of this thread has a lot of info even thought some of the info is already one or two year old. The second half got more flaming but still useful. I will try to contribute my trip, to return what I have got from all the bros who have gone before me and shared generously.

Google "Macau hotels map". You'll get lots of reservations sites so you can compare prices, and then you'll also get of course a map. Then you can see all the 2nd tier (ie 3 star) hotels that are in old Macau, ie near Lisboa. You can get a pretty nice place for ~S$110-150++ if that's w/in your budget, incl I think the old Lisboa. I prefer to stay closer to Lisboa b/c there's lots of both cheonging and gambling action there (you can walk to MGM, Wynn for instance). You could also stay at other end of old town where Golden Dragon / Sands is, as there's the famous sauna 18 there. These places are all walking distance anyways (about 15" from Lisboa to Golden Dragon I think). The rooms that i've seen at the top end of this range are very nice, so I'd guess rooms at S$110 are also more than acceptable. Have fun! And remember you can get some real gems in Macau, but it's much more costly than Zhuhai so make sure you save most of your bonks for Zhuhai!
