My gf and I booked ourselves a pool villa at Banyan Tree Phuket. You can find lots of photos of the villa on flickr posted by others so I won't describe it in too much details, except to say that it has its own pool, which you can literally walk off your bed and jump into, the walls are high enough that noone can see into you unless they stand on a table or chair lol. Singapore don't have, at least not a Banyan Tree. It's a top end spa resort, where people go there for spa treatments/holidays or golfing etc. The nearest is in Bintan, but the one I went to was in Phuket. I think Bintan has pool villas as well but not sure how private they are. They have seafront villas so maybe you can have audience from yachts moored outside the resort! Must try next time :)
