Normally tip the WL directly, ensure she gets the money and feel good after the session. Then pay OKT afterwards.

I tip around 10 - 15 for average, 20 for above average, and 30 for amazing service. Very very rarely will tip 50 :p

Normally in GL, tip is not the factor at all to affect the service but most girls prefer some kind of gift such as lv bag, famous watch etc if you want to intimate further with them.
