tried at one of the carparks in ECP. Yes, some carparks can be quite empty during day time. But, given that most are still on WFH arrangement, I do come across some motorists parking their vehicles there and go for a bike ride.

Day time is thrilling but do stay viligant. You never know if there is a 'karen' who decided to take matters in their own hands.
