[QUOTE=Cupnoodle;7672779]Probably the newest hotel in Hatyai: The Color Hotel, 88 Chontara Road.
This hotel was newly constructed, not refurbish or renovate building. I had the room at 920 baht with voucher.

This hotel interior looks clean n new. But if 900baht, not very worth it. To me, it look likes more like avg 700baht hotel room style.

Thank you to all the bros for the valuable information.

Really appreciate that, and I also have a better understanding now.

Will definitely do a write up after the trip :D

DSI, local police raid Hat Yai brothels.

The Nation on Sunday August 26, 2012 1:00 am

The Department of Special Investigation (DSI) joined forces with Songkhla's Hat Yai police to raid two massage parlours and arrest 36 people.

Following a request to rescue a 15-year-old girl allegedly lured into prostitution at the parlours, DSI and police raided the two places and arrested 36 people but didn't find the girl.

Eight underage girls believed to be human-trafficking victims would be sent to Ministry of Social Development and Human Security officials, while five suspects who ran the places would face charges of human trafficking and procuring women for the sex trade.

The remaining 23 women would face a prostitution charge. Some of the women are Laotians and will face a charge of working in the Kingdom without permission.

Precisely, unless you want it in Thai? :D
Radius distance of about 90m from BP Grand Tower Hotel (Not BP Grand Suite), or you may approach 707 Tour for direction...

Cheers

Yes sir, you are correct. Those hotels management would increase their room tariff without any bro approval. However the supply and demand influenced their rate, peak seasons and special events also the factor. As I had said before and I say again please pardon me as rates mentioned might have revised, and its for your reference. Therefore you could find out the exact room price for your preferred hotel from any local tour agent by stating your check-in and check-out date, that would be more up to date.

I know the hotel is new so I give it a try to see how is it. To each his own, not suitable then give it a miss. Just share share information here for bros to know.

Cheers

Without any tuk tuk driver or middleman to bring you there, the market rate still quite the same as your last trip.

Have fun ;)

Hi Bro,

Where exactly is this Hotel? Any landmark like near any hotel or buildings? Or if you are standing outside BP Grand Tower Hotel entrance, is it on the Left, Right, Back or Straight ahead.

Thank you.
