A 34 sqm room studio balcony with free wifi at 760+ bahts and is locate at Ratachada Soi 13 after Resort Club and walking distance or take a motorbike taxis to Huay Kwang MRT station (beside Park Residence hotel). The downside is that there is no coffee house/restaurant, so can't order any room service but some food stalls and & 711 outside.

Sadly, Inch and another clubs behind Espanade was closed and the buildings was torn down for another development.

Waa.. another good hotel to explore, next round. thailand is full of good value deal to discover...
i think singaporean can appreciate good value package, especially when we are being squeeze with bo ho kang tau & nonsense over here. i love to keep my sin dollars to contribute to thai economy! :P

It seem alot of new serviced apartments coming up in ratchada and there also a new one after The Atrium is Chateau which offer 600 bahts but didn't went in to check. Although, Watana is a old and cheap but it does offer hotel facilities unlike most SA doesn't.

The new Atrium with 90 rooms is nice and was told quite a number of Singaporean stayed there and can view & book from Tim's website.

The breakfast in the park residence cannot make it. Advise bros to book without the breakfast here. They give some breads and cereals, serve a plate of ham+hotdog+2eggs. No other food.

At least you got your full breakfast as mine was even worse serving just a basic b/f when the young cook went mia during the new year period but their b/f still better than Watana.
Yeah, better go without if you don't need it (wake up late) and wait until you see the b/f at My Hotel @ Ratchada hotel nearby even worse.:D

After RTFF 30 pages back and finally found soi Holland ;)

FR :

Took my old CRV and search GPS for Soi Holland, follow the direction with not much traffic, arrive........whole street of SYT white skin model look mostly from northern part of Thailand Chiangmai, Chiangrai etc, price for LT 1800-2500 depending on age, body, weight, nom, nam etc.

Choose 2 of the best and bring them on my car, cannot tahan and start asking them to suck while I drive to nearest hotel........BBBJ CIM during traffic light :p

Upon arrive hotel, quickly check in and start for 2nd round with 1 of the girl holding my rokok & beer while I doggy the other one

Is not easy to find soi Holland, but with some effort searching your Thai version GPS will get u there :D
