After Mandarin Bar, i climbed the stairs to third floor to check out Hollywood Strip a second time ( just to see if its a happening place later in the night ). Situation in that bar has not improved from earlier recon. A hostess outside Carousel grabbed my arm and hustled me inside. First time in this bar. About 8 customers in a big bar, 3 Indians, 4 other Asians and 1 farang inside. Sat on stool near the large double level turning carousel with 9 ladies on it. Another in loose denim shorts, shirt unbuttoned, with cowboy hat was riding the MECHANICAL BULL on the other end of the bar. The bull was turning and bucking but not at an intense speed. It was a rather gentle ride for that lady.

Ladies quantity about 15. Quality; the dark skin type. Not cute but friendly. One came for an LD. She did not get it. Two on the turning carousel asked for BF. I said " i am GAY " to avoid them. BIG MISTAKE. A papasan with long hair, big grin, white even teeth, twinkling eyes, walking very much in a LB fashion came and appeared in front of me all in a sudden. He is obviously and totally gay.

Nearly choked on my gin and tonic. The usual small talk between us. Mr Gay Papasan asked me why i do not give LD and BF the pu yings. I told him that the ladies are not SYTs and quickly told him that i am here only to check this bar out, have a drink and will be off to see my friend in Rainbow 2. Finished my drink slowly, paid and left.

Climbed down the stairs and entered R2. Ordered a Singha, looked around. Cannot see 110 from the side of the bar i had my seat. Made a very slow walk to the toilet to looked at the girls on the other side of the pole dancing stage. Still cannot see 110. Came back from the loo to continue consuming my booze. Took a pen from a waitress, wrote down the number and off she went looking for the girl with that number. Later, she came with her mouth smelling of spicy mango salad. She was eating outside. Brought her a Heineken and gave her THB300 on behalf of a samster. Left her after a finishing a second beer and poked my head into Voodoo. But never went inside.
