The 30 Geylang okts who are interested in running this business over the next 5-10 years (unless they plan to close shop in 2020 or earlier), may have to sit down and think - how to attract the newest generation of Cheongster? Hey many of them are throwing money in ktv and Siam diu. Wouldn’t it be great if the youngster 1k budget spent monthly Cheonging Thai disco etc is spent in your Geylang shop? I think your girls may be happier too with younger carrots to chop.

But Young people these days have too many options to fuck online or elsewhere, so how to atttact them back into Geylang?

If I may give a clue to Geylang okts.

1) Bring in better younger girls
2) Dont be rude. Your king of Geylang days are over. Younger customers aren’t as patient as the older folks to take your rudeness. Some older folks don’t know where else to go, but the younger ones have plenty of options especially with internet these days
3) for goodness sake, make your girls more easily seeable by customers. I understand the girls need to rest sometimes but if they on duty, they should be sitting in full view of customers similar to Thai fish tank.
4) utilize technology. Could you have a few iPads with girls for customers to choose. I know wh12 got computer screen but you have to sit there and wait for the picture to turn - so not interactive enough. Maybe inside the iPad even can now have a 360, 20-sec intro video of your house girls?
Whereas for other house girls, you can at least have a photo like what is done in 1429?
5) rooms - all around mirrors and see through bathrooms.
6) feedback feedback and collect more feedback. Don’t be stubborn and defensive. You could use more ideas and suggestions to improve, and not blame this and that for declining business.

Tried out Xiao Xiao of 1654A:

First impression: Fair and pretty but not in a SYT way. I find her to be of young-MILF standard who resembles Taiwanese actress Joy Pan 潘仪君 (See pic below). She definitely is a tall and slim girl too.

You are right that she has the choice to serve who she likes, but if she wants to limit her service to a select group of people, it will limit her business too to some extent. Then again, it's her choice.

Many WLs told me now if you dun kiss or french you cannot survive in GL liao.

Elderly customers have more money to spend and less demands becos some dun even need to do.
Just hug, kiss and ruba ruba can liao.

Some even RTF more often if a WL is suitable for them.

The majority of GL customers are middle-age and elderly customers now.
