I can answer your question, if you want to ask a soapy massage girl to spend the night with you. My advice is go late in the night and ask her after preliminary drinks, massage, BJ and sex, if she wants to spend the night with you in the hotel. If she like you, it's no problem but if she is afraid of you or if your personality, generosity, and cleanliness doesn't meet her standards, she will refuse your request. Based on my experience, she will charge minimum 2,500 -3,000 for two shots. The bottomline is never ask papasan or negotiate with papasan, always ask the girl directly. Let me put it this way, I've been to Thailand, over 26 times and Aree from Orient Massage is top 3! Ya, indeed sad that Siam hotel cafe now closed. There were nice picks before in cafe and in front and at back of hotel. Now only limited to the street behind the hotel and the quality is not that great when was there last mth. Many katoeys, gals with babies and even pregnant ones.
Can still find some nice ones but have to look see look see hard hard. :D

I've been to Copacabana and Barbara couple of times. Copacaba has very nice and clean room with mirrors circularly around the bed! Also if you're willing to pay additional Bhat, you can have whirlpool bathtub. When I was at copacabana, I couldn't stop farting and all the girls were laughing and making funny faces!

Owner is a Japanese. Saw him during my last vist. Place is decent and clean. Much better than Teens. Not easy to find though. Place is located at a small alley.
