Can check Genesis Spa and Hokkaido, but I heard in the past they had all these but stopped since covid.. I notice standards in KL have dropped whereas JB is up and coming. Seems very hard to find good stuff in KL nowadays.

It's huge difference after covid. Those that remain or reopen, mostly cmi in terms of girl standard and quality. Used to looking forward to KL trip but now each time in KL feels like no mood / not much expectation.
