Only tried Vera from slg, it’s not painful to me and can also help to release in the end.

What's juagen actually? Help to last longer in bed or make dick hard longer?

To explain it pretty badly, it's a dick and balls massage to help clear blockages so it can stay hard longer for you to use in bed lol.
