Great to see a thread like this, finally. I'd have to say I more than share the frustrations associated with the Chinese speaking-only requirement.
Anyway, I've tried Eileen myself, and I'd rate it as an overall 7/10 experience. Then again truth be told, not like there are many options to begin with
