Would like to recommend Tina from mingzhao888 who speaks pretty good English as she has been in Singapore for quite a while.

Tina does an excellent massage! My ratings:

Looks: 6.5/10 (but I am not there for hanky panky)
Thai Massage: 9/10 (very well executed)
Oil Massage: 9.5/10 (Very very good and relaxing, Tina showed her skills very well with this)
Jua Gen: 8/10 (a little bit painful but that's expected from JG)
HJ: n/a (didn't do)

If you are looking for a good Thai / Oil massage, go for Tina. No horse run!
