Too many influx of MLs on our shore ... causing thinly spread of "pies" among the MLs, their income are affected. Due to reality, some have to cross trade to the dark side ... from ML to FL, some MLs did not offer BBBJ last time,but they are doing it now ...
Yes,we are spoilt of choice, I really hope that with the current high supply, low demand situation would gets the MLs to rethink and focus more on their service attitude and lowering down of their fee. Some of their fees are simply too exorbitant.
Also, I kinda pity a few of my favourite MLs whom are saddening by the decline of the customers coming to them ...
I could only try to improve their ratings through positive MRs and RTM. But with my limited vitamin M ... I could only do this much ... sigh
