At the coffee shop in the arcade, best to take a seat, order a drink at a table from where you can see the parade up and down.
Signal the interesting looking one in to sit with you and you can then "interview" her properly to decide if you really want her. I have sat there for hours on ends just having fun chatting them up before deciding who I want.
Recent intelligence tells me that each girl is given an hour to parade and then someone else gets to parade - sort of like limited shifts as there are more girls than guys!
For bargaining, I would expect that getting the girl late in her hour's shift would be better although most girls will keep the price at that level of 500Macau dollars.
Will try this on my forthcoming visit on Christmas Day - Jingle Bells !
