That reminds me of my embarrassing encounter in my 2nd trip to hcm...
One late night， I took a cab back to my hotel cause walked too far and lazy to walk back. Not having a feel of how small dongs are, and suspect the driver is out to con me, I insisted on my change of 500 dongs.
Ha ha... my bad.
I have since give tips or change of 5k to 10k after realising how silly I am...
