Yes... But this is the market now.. Different stable different rate different system..
Cannot assure that same gal will alway be with the same stable cos depend on the agent in Thailand side. They may distribute gal to different agents every time that y price are different.
Is the same logic of a person joining different company. Company A u get this rate, company B u get another rate.
Can't really blame the person involve the OKT may not see the lady and also may not know the gal come before and work for another company before.
All I can said if think not worth then go for other...
