From client's perspective it maybe positive at the start, but note that these extras might heighten customer's expectation of the ML. If the ML fails to provide somehow, customers may be unhappy and give negative FR.
I always tell my ML friends not to advertise things they are uncomfortable with. It may bring in more customers at the start if they overstate, but failure to provide them will mean bad customer satisfaction eventually. Over the long run it might do more harm than good.
As bros who write MR for them, we are directly helping ML manage their future customer's expectation. Do so responsibly. Cheers!
