A lot of such traditional massage places in KL have masseurs (male) even for the manhood therapy. It is not supposed to be sexual or an special service. Hence the fee is all inclusive. Luckily some places have young chicks doing it. Even then its not a special service. Just that the feeling is fantastic, so lie back and enjoy.
