If a lady switched from FL to ML, then respect their decision. If they offer services not on paper, then it's also their decision. And people need to respect that decision.

My personal take on 'extra services' that some MLs offer to some customers - I only state what they offer on the website. Anything else is a bonus, and a personal transaction between you and her. That way, we're not seen as showing off, nor are we setting unreasonable expectations of her. If you must share, take it off line via PMs
