Instruction not too clear. You exit City Square at the McD entrance and turn left. Walk to row of old shophouses. Keep walking and cross 2 streets between the shophouses. I am not counting the lorongs/alleys.
After the second street keep a lookout for a gold jewelry shop. It is a small gold shop taking up half a shoplot. Next to it is the lift lobby of Ocean Hotel. There is a sign on top of the lifts.
