I have a sibei jialat story to share.
Have been working in company for few years.
Every month get salary plus a token sum of 500+, so still can cope with necessity. Now problem come. My basic a short of $50, will reach next level of salary scale and no more token claim.
So the day came. My salary adjusted with additional $100. Consider I am now a level higher but with a lower monthly income of approx 400+.
Is it sibei jialat?
Haha, happened 3 years ago.
After 3 years with increment, salary still short of $40 compare to 3 years ago.
Thus this is call sibei jialat 2x.
