for the language issue, u r right that euro can attract more local non chinese bros n foreign sex tourists to try them as theres less of a language barrier.
for the grade, there are actually many above average ones in fact many gems working in sg, in pubs n even in fl dome 3 n other websites like siwa baobei, i can still find some acceptable euros in fl dome 3, u r spot on the price as fls range from 160-300 sgd, so they should be around cat200-250 with acceptable standards if they manage to make it to legal geylang, with the affluence of many sg bros n rich sex tourists there will still be business. one has to pay the high prices for air tickets , accomadation, and maybe sacrifice time off for a trip abroad, legal geylang is still more worth it even if prices r steep.
i noticed garmen had been cracking down on prc fl dome 2 n various other establishments, the reason for that is fls r illegal n unsafe and they dont pay tax to garmen , legal geylang pays tax, so one can see the rationale, so the same can be done to illegal euro fl, and the legal business will be more secure.
u r right about macau, but its quite a dangerous place, so not every bro is so hard up to go there just for sex, i wont want to go to that slum , the good thing about sg is the safety, law and order and good infrastructure , even some PRC wl told me they chose sg as it is 法治 law is well enforced here, so like what u say there will be safe and comfortable environment in geylang. this is a strength legal geylang has, so its great to emphasize this competitive advantage which sg has over many other countries not only in asia but in europe as well. even in Germany not all legal brothels r safe, there definitely is more crime there compared to legal sg geylang scene.
if a few shops face success many others will follow suit n switch to euros , similar situation as the PRC entry into the geylang scene, eventually there will be enough supply to meet demand so let maket force do the work, of course if the floodgates r open many okts will want to invest in euro seeing beforehand a huge demand forecasted , this will be saving grace for those not having good business.
Since there is both strong demand and competive advantage in sg legal geyalng scene , this might prove to be a successful venture. Thank you once again hornyunclez for taking the time to write this in depth and accurate analysis , these dicussions will serve to bring to light a lucrative win win proposition for consumers, investors and authorities. This might take time for it to materialise, but all in all its still feasible

3. Easier for Non-Chinese speakers
I know I always use PRC as comparison. But the Malaysians are gone, and the Thais, Viets I doubt they speak English well. In my years bonking in GL, there's only ONE PRC I got speak English well.
My Chinese is not the best, and it can difficult to communicate to theWLs.
Most Euros speak English well, with sexy accents.
Also, I know some angmo mates here who are deterred to try GL, they cite their inability to speak Chinese as a major hindrance. Despite my persuasions to give it a go, even citing my experience seeing some angmo bros around the houses, but still they are deterred. With the arrival of Euros, who are just like them and speak English, surely they will want to come. Guess what? Those are lost potential income of OKTs.
Despite all that, there are also possible negative impacts of Euro arrivals.
Negatives
1. Long Queue
Just like how people will flock to a restaurant when one just opened, be prepared for very long queues straight away when the Euros start their first day of work in GL. And yes, it will also be races for "first bloods" all over GL. It won't be pleasant...
2. Hold your fantasies!
Again, quoting Bro Max Priest and other senior bros like unfit and all that, that I have read before. They explained clearly that the PRCs, especially the latest batches are not what they term as the A-Grade girls, and that the ones in Macau for instance are from much higher grades, and it's not even the highest top A-Grade yet!
So, even though we immediately fantasise about the sexy blonde or brunette goddesses, we have to hold our expectations as the Euros that arrive here might not even the "A-Grade" or even "B" or "C" grade Euros...
3. Save up now!
Sperms will of course need to be saved up to savour these Euros. But what I really mean is money. Introducing Euros might mean new CAT for them. Maybe CAT 200, maybe 250. Hopefully not too much. But I have a feeling it will definitely be more expensive than PRC.
Here are my thoughts. Please feel free to add on and discuss about this in a civilised manner. I am keeping my fingers crossed so hopefully can go cheong for exotic Euro WLs in the safe and comfortable environment of the GL Legal Scene! Huat Ah!
