A lot of such new places are not easily accessible by MRT/BTS. Unlike cowboy/Nana and nataree etc. Even so, many of such places might need to be able to speak some Thai. I would say for basic cheongsters the current places available in Bangkok are sufficient for 3-4 trips. Those who are frequently here in Bangkok would have found some kakis/ways to go to new found places.
